What if I need advice?

We are here to help. We are a small Company, with a desire to provide a high level of customer service, including advice and assistance when needed.

Do I have to order online?

Not at all. We are pleased to take orders by telephone, fax, email or in person at our trade counter. However, some special offers may be limited to online purchasing.

Do you accept official orders?

Yes, we accept official orders from Local Authorities, Government bodies, large estates, utility Companies, etc. If you are a new customer to us, we may ask that the official order be posted or faxed to us.

Do you have a minimum order?

At present, there is no minimum order charge. We may have to review this depending on changing circumstances and costs.

Can I collect from you?

Callers at our trade counter are very welcome. If you know what you need, we recommend calling before travelling to check availability.

What are your opening hours?

Monday – Friday 08:45 – 17.15. These times may vary from time to time.

How can I pay?

We accept payment by cheque with order, credit and debit cards, cash (although we prefer it if this is done in person), money transfer / BACS, and 30 day account (see below).

Can I open an account?

Please ask for an Account Application Form. If we do open an account for you, we expect it to be administered efficiently, with payments being made on time.

Can I pay my Account by Card?

If it’s a Debit Card, yes. It it’s a credit card, we reserve the right to make an administration charge, as we will have to pay commission to the Card Company. If you want to use your credit card, please tell us at time of ordering and we will charge your order straight to your chosen card, without surcharge.

Can I order using my Procurement Card?

Yes, this is a regular occurrence for us. We will need the card details and the address at which the card is registered.

How do I know how much carriage will be?

The easiest way is to ask us. This is quite a complicated calculation, involving such factors as weight and volume of consignment, destination, etc. This website will give an indication of the charges – if they will be any higher, we will contact you and advise you, at the same time giving you the option to amend or cancel your order if you wish.

My goods haven’t arrived – what can I do?

Please call us and we will be able to give you the latest information about your order.

I ordered an item and need to change it for a different size.

Usually not a problem – return the original item to us, with a note saying what you want in exchange, and we will send that to you. Any item you return to us must be in ’as new’ condition, with the original packaging. We won’t pay the cost of returning the item to us (unless we have made a mistake), and we reserve the right to charge the cost of sending the replacement item to you (but usually we don’t).

The item you’ve sent me is faulty, what happens now.

Please contact us. Subject to inspecting the item for ourselves, we will normally send you a replacement item, and reimburse the cost of returning the faulty item to us (by the least expensive means possible)
